  • Simple inexpensive installation;
  • Absolutely competitive prices;
The company Spetsgradstroy offers the following solutions in the supply of complete buildings
The frame of the building:
the main load-bearing frames of welded I-beam columns and crossbars of variable cross-section are made of high-strength steel C345 (09G2S). All welded structures undergo shot blasting (degree of purification S.A. 2.5), are covered with a primer 80 microns thick. Fastening of columns of the main bearing metal frame to the foundations is carried out by anchor bolts, which are made of steel C345 (09G2S) and are supplied in accordance with the plan of anchor bolts. Wind connections are also made of steel C345 (09G2S).

Additional load-bearing frame (roof girder system):
galvanized steel cold-bent Z-, C-shaped profiles (Zn 275 g/ sq.m). Are made of steel grade STE 350 3Z (minimum yield strength 389 N/ sq.mm). When installing Z-shaped girders, their connection provides a continuous circuit of the girder system as a whole (see Fig.).

Fasteners:
The fastening of the elements of the main supporting frame between themselves is carried out with galvanized bolts of class 10.9 according to the requirements of EN ISO 898-1 and EN 14399, Parts 1, 2, 4, and 6, the most commonly used bolt diameters are 20, 22, 24 mm. Fastening of the elements of the additional frame is carried out with bolts of class 4.6. All necessary fasteners, including anchor bolts, are included in the delivery package.

  • The use of high-strength steels (minimum yield strength of 345 N/sq. mm) can significantly reduce the metal consumption of structures and, accordingly, reduce the cost of foundations and installation of the building.
  • The variable height of the cross-section of the structures ensures the most efficient use of the internal volume of the building and reduces operating costs.
  • Steel 09G2S is the most resistant to cracks in the weld.
  • The use of Z-shaped profiles reduces transportation costs due to economical packaging.
  • Zinc coating of wall and roof girders provides corrosion protection, increases the service life of structures and has an aesthetic appearance.

Wall sandwich panels

Sandwich panels are produced on an automatic line of the fourth (latest) generation. The equipment was developed by one of the world's leading manufacturers of technological lines "Duemas Technology LTD" (Great Britain).

The joint work of all layers of the sandwich panel is ensured by gluing them together using a two-component polyurethane adhesive from the English company "Leeson Polyurethanes Ltd" Great Britain.

The filler is mineral wool (density not less than 115 kg/m3 *).
The lining is thin–sheet steel, cold-rolled, hot-dip galvanized on both sides with a decorative polyester polymer coating.

INODEK innovative solution
The asymmetric section of the floor beam (increased width of the lower shelf) allows the installation of floor elements (prestressed reinforced concrete slabs) with support on the lower shelf of the beam.

Technical parameters:
  • free span of INODEK steel beam up to 7.5 m
  • free span of reinforced concrete slab up to 9.0 m;
  • the static calculation takes into account the work of the overlaps as a hard disk (diaphragm), stabilizing the supporting columns;
  • the construction height of the system, including finishing, is from 300 to 400 mm, depending on the loads and the grid of columns.

MONODEK is a classic solution
In the MONODEK system, steel beams are designed for the installation of hollow reinforced concrete floor slabs.The beams are equipped with factory-welded steel thrust bolts (Nelson stops), which ensure the joint work of steel and reinforced concrete.

Technical parameters:
  • free span of MONODEK steel beam up to 9m
  • free span of reinforced concrete slab up to 12.0 m;
  • the static calculation takes into account the work of the overlaps as a hard disk (diaphragm), stabilizing the supporting columns;

MULTIDECK is a traditional solution
In the MULTIDECK system, the non-removable formwork of high profile galvanized steel sheet is installed along the floor beams. The beams are equipped with factory-welded steel thrust bolts (Nelson stops), which ensure the joint work of steel and reinforced concrete.

Technical parameters:
  • the free span of the MULTIDECK steel beam is up to 9 m
  • , the step of the secondary beams is from 2 to 3 m
  • . the free span of the overlap structures, including fixed formwork and reinforced concrete along the secondary beams is up to 12.0 m;
  • the static calculation takes into account the work of the overlaps as a hard disk (diaphragm), stabilizing the supporting columns

Construction solutions allow the integration of crane beams into the design of any building:
Standard Beam Delivery:
  • Crane beams with welded rail;
  • Beams and rails are shot-blasted SA 2.5 and covered with a protective layer of primer 80 microns thick.

Additional features:
  • Different types of rails depending on the operating mode of the crane;
  • Stroke limiter (without elastic buffer);
  • Anti-corrosion coating.

Crane beams are designed and manufactured individually according to the technical specification.

Advantages:
  • Beams are integrated into the construction of buildings.
  • The supply of building structures and crane beams from one source is a complete factory–ready set.
